Welcome to our corporate website, where transparency and integrity are core values. In a world where social responsibility and corporate governance are increasingly important, we recognise the importance of whistleblowing as a tool to maintain high ethical and operational standards. We are committed to creating an environment in which it is safe to raise concerns, ensuring that each report is handled promptly, confidentially and with the utmost attention to resolution.

Whistleblowing

Event reporting

Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2023 provides specific channels for reporting potentially unlawful events as part of companies’ regulatory compliance obligations. In compliance with this decree, we have established a dedicated reporting channel to enable employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to report suspicious behaviour or regulatory violations. This channel ensures the confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower, as well as ensuring that each report is handled in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Who can report?

Any individual who has knowledge of illegal, unethical or non-compliant behaviour with company policies can make a report through our whistleblowing system. This includes employees at all levels of the organisation, suppliers, customers and other interested parties with relevant information. We promote a culture where reporting of violations is encouraged and welcomed, while ensuring the confidentiality and protection of those who report in good faith.
