Start-up of MI PV System for the Italian Consulate in Morocco

Now activated a new stand-alone PV System in Casablanca on the roof of the General Consulate of Italy in Morocco, realised by Meridionale Impianti and Fiamm.

The system is not connected to the electric operator network and allows energy production, strong bill cut down and protection against blackout. It is composed of MI solar panels integrated with Fiamm "green" batteries.

The PV System will allow an about 70% breaking down in energy provisioning demand, generally provided by the national electric grid, with a positive environmental impact corresponding to about 1.550 trees planted every year.

It realises what defined by the Farnesina in the "Green Consulate" project, based on renewable energy and envirnmental protection.
